Russell Posey - Siberian Missions

Our ministry is primarily church planting in the remote regions of Siberia and Alaska. We accomplish this using various methods which include but is not limited to: literature distribution, evangelism, humanitarian assistance, and discipleship of local nationals to carry on the work. We have lived in Alaska or Siberia since 1984 and continue to work out of our local church in Fairbanks, Alaska. We currently live in Kenny Lake, Alaska. This area is considered the "bush" since it is a remote location away from the big cities. Anchorage, Alaska is about 5 hours away by road and Fairbanks, Alaska is about 6 hours away by road (depending upon road conditions).
